### State-button motion duration

Default icon switching and Button-host hover / click scaling both take 150ms, aligned with the main default state transition of Checkbox and Switch. Reduced-motion preferences are respected. Explicit external motion configuration still uses the existing public entry points. The success message duration is controlled separately by `feedbackDuration`; it is not the motion duration.
