v1.6.4 (2026-10-23)

  • Retain a 4 CSS px floor between page controls and between pageSize and the control group, including small roots and explicit zero. Preserve larger values and inline preference priority, with the original responsive stages, open-menu freeze, page events, and child Button visuals.

  • Cancel pending tick callbacks after updates are invalidated or the component unmounts, preventing reads of destroyed derived values. Public API, page numbers and visual rules remain unchanged.

  • Prev / next now skip consecutive disabled pages and navigate to the nearest enabled page in that direction. They are disabled only when no enabled page exists in that direction.

  • Added default responsive="auto" based on container width: show all page numbers when possible, then compress prev / next text and generate an ellipsis window as space runs out. No manual page-window parameter is exposed.

  • Ellipsis-state Buttons retain Hug width. As width shrinks further, pageSize, ellipses, and then the current page hide in order; prev and next always remain.

  • While the pageSize Listbox is open, the current responsive stage is frozen. It refreshes against the latest container width after closing, preventing an active floating anchor from being rebuilt.

  • Added static fallback responsive="none"; size measurement reuses shared resizeManager.

  • Added variant="outline" | "gray" | "borderless", pairing each with gray, filled, and gray current-page styling respectively. The default remains outline at rest with a gray current page.

  • Explicit role Button templates still take priority. The selected variant supplies built-in templates for missing roles.

  • The pageSize Icon now reuses left/right arrows’ --snowui-pagination-icon-size; Button owns text/Icon centering and content gap.

  • Fixed ArrowLineDown sizing only its outer wrapper while the inner Icon Frame retained its default size. All three Pagination arrows now share the same final bounding dimensions.

  • All three arrows now resist flex shrinking, preventing Fill mode from compressing prev / next SVGs after pageSize and outer gap consume space.

  • pageSize Listbox options render numbers through MenuItem’s default label slot, preserving MenuItem’s default 8px gap between label and selected check.
