Purchase Terms
Terms for SnowUI digital products, licenses and design-resource delivery.

Seller and products
SnowUI is operated by an individual in Hong Kong and provides digital component licenses and selected design resources. Free is USD 0; Pro is a USD 129 one-time purchase; Team is a USD 299 one-time purchase. Paid Checkout is in USD and is not a subscription. The final amount and available payment methods are shown by Stripe Checkout before confirmation.
Accounts, payment and delivery
You must sign in and confirm the purchasing subject before purchase. SnowUI issues a license only after the server verifies a paid Stripe order; a success-page redirect or payment screenshot is not proof of fulfillment. Licenses can be claimed and recovered from the account. Paid design resources will be provided through account entitlements after their separate delivery flow is verified.
License and updates
Generating and using SnowUI interfaces inside AI conversations is completely free, is not a project, uses no project or developer-seat quota, and requires no SnowUI registration, activation, or paid proof. Real work and authorized real data are included; adopting the result into an independent website or application is reviewed separately. See LICENSE section 3.5.1.
Usage rights are governed by the complete LICENSE in effect at purchase and the order record. Each Pro purchase covers five actual products for the same purchasing subject, cumulatively, while the developer limit remains one in total. Team covers unlimited actual products and up to five developers. Component usage, specified Figma resources, and updates to those resources are perpetual. Separately sold future resources not listed in the order are not included.
Refunds, cancellation and disputes
SnowUI does not currently provide self-service refunds on the website. Refund requests are reviewed manually based on fulfillment status, applicable law and the circumstances of the order; approved refunds are processed through Stripe. A one-time purchase has no recurring renewal to cancel. A dispute or refund event does not automatically rewrite an existing license or delete account records without review.
Taxes, availability and responsibility
Before sales are enabled, SnowUI will confirm applicable tax treatment and Checkout disclosures. Except where required by applicable law or stated in a valid order, software and resources are provided as-is. The complete limitations, responsibilities and legal exceptions are in the LICENSE. A service outage does not invalidate perpetual component usage rights already lawfully obtained.
